Most Expensive Homes Sold in the Eastern Panhandle – June 2022

There are homes you can actually afford, and then there are those homes that are just fun to look at.

This list of the most expensive recently-sold homes in the Eastern Panhandle, below, is definitely the latter for most of us. All but one are located in Jefferson County.

Taking a look back at June 2022, there were 417 sales and 566 new listings. June had a median list price of $299,999 with a median sold price of $291,000. Sold listings spent only an average of 16 days on the market in June, according to our local MLS.

149 Trough Bend Lane in Shepherdstown – new construction on over 10 acres with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms

86 Old Strider Lane in Harpers Ferry – 3 story Contemporary home with possibly the best Shenandoah River views in Jefferson County, built in 1989 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

151 Summerfield Way in Shenandoah Junction – new construction on 5 acres with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms

1033 Runnymeade Road in Bunker Hill – a 2008 custom built Colonial on 7.74 acres with 5 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half bathrooms

580 Declaration Drive in Charles Town – a 2010 Ranch home with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms on over 3 acres
